I have been a Producer and International Event Director for almost 15 years. My skills and responsbilities are as follows:
Providing high-level freelance production management, operational line producing, and creative direction for international events and media productions, ensuring brand and project consistency
Engaging and working with VIP talent and managing VIP guest relations and hospitality
Managing temporary venue builds, and obtaining necessary permits and licences
Budgeting, negotiating costs, and paying suppliers
Writing risk assessments, call sheets, release forms and contracts
Communicating with B2B companies negotiating sales and distribution of media products
Co-ordinating press outlets and media coverage of events and productions.
